- Added pause menu - Includes the ability to exit the game
- Added item drop mechanic - Enemies have a 40% chance of dropping a random item upon death
- Fixed dialogue pictures not loading properly.
- Fixed ghoul sounds not playing
- Fixed slime wrong dialogue
- Fixed the computer cannot be interacted when the game restarts.
- Adjusted Ghoul acceleration
